Injectors

Bigger injectors are available although these are quite expensive they hold one of the biggest keys to performance. The price for the injectors will be in the region of £550 a set.

Again these at the moment are only for the Tdi engine 90hp and 110hp. 
We are the only company in the UK to offer a tried and tested 4 branch exhaust manifold for the VW diesel engine,
they are made of 316 stainless pipe work are of tuned length and on my own car gave 14hp bolt on 6 years ago,

we will supply all the support brackets as if they aren't supported they will shatter. These will be in the region of £400 dependant on specifications.

Chip Tuning

PSI upgrade chip is basically a plug and play chip which is fitted onto 
the fuel pump wiring harness,these give on average 20% increase in power 
and 10% increase in fuel economy these are only available for Sdi and Tdi 
engined cars. 

Cams

We can supply high lift cams for diesel VW's too but these are very specialist where the emissions and fuel consumption will start to suffer. POA

The increase in horsepower is only half of the story though when the torque goes up from 173ftlb to nearly 300ftlb
 this is where you start doing 0.60 in about 7 seconds a quarter mile in very low 15s,14s with enough grip. 
A properly modded diesel will and does very often beat a tuned petrol car be it turbo'd and/or VR6. 
    With my own car i am heading for mid 5 second to 60mph and a quarter in mid to high 13s and mine still does 55mpg on a run but plummets to low 30s mpg when racing.

We also offer a VNT17 turbo upgrade.

This turbo is off the later PD (pumpe duse) engine and is designed to produce boost pressure reliably to 1.5bar although we havent run one of these turbos yet , we feel it is going to produce some serious power. These are brand new units and will be £600+carriage 
If we used all of these items on for instance a 110hp Tdi it would produce in the region of 160 to 175 hp.
